      I interviewed at EXP

      Interview

Not sure what the office culture is like, but during the interview I was told "we need someone who doesn't make mistakes". I was interviewing for a junior position, so would I not be allowed to make mistakes even though this is my first job out of school? It seemed toxic. I was also told by one of the engineers interviewing me "you'd be the least experienced one on the team". Obviously? You can see that I was a grad student for the last 2 years....not sure what the point of that comment was. The interview itself wasn't hard or technical, but some of the comments made by the engineers were off-putting.
