First interview is with HR, normally one person. Second and final interview is with the COO or one of the senior management people. It is an on-line interview that doesnt take too long. Within 15-30 min you will be done.

Interview
Really easy interview, felt like a conversation, step two as well. Beware of the interview promises for the job as they do promise a growing opportunity inside the company but fire people way before they complete a year inside the company. Other than that, it's a good process of interview, very clear and objective but not very truthful.

I had a phone interview which went very well and was told I would receive assessments to complete for the next step in the hiring process. No assessments were received and when I reached out several times, I received no response back.
