Met with several senior members of the organization, including Heads of Sales, Growth, and the CEO over a four month period. After multiple rounds of interviews they went dark for almost three months, then suddenly picked up the interviewing process with great urgency.

Final stage of the interview was to deliver a strategy that included goals for the first 30, 60, 90 days, staff recommendations (job titles, descriptions, and benchmarks), as well as budgetary recommendations, growth projections, and KPIs -- looking forward for 5 years.
