Interview
It was an average interview, the interview took one hour by the managers I would be working under. I thought the interview was thorough and complete. I had no experience in the pawn world but i did have retail experience.

ezpawn hold monthly job fairs to recruit members for their pawnshops. once cleared and selected and sent to their pawnshops to be interviewed. Recruits are taken in under observation status and afterward the manager will ask several to validate the prospect

I applied online. After about a week I got a call to meet with the area manager for an interview. It was pretty short. Immediately after I was given the address to a facility for a drug test. After another week I started working.
