Phone screening followed by interview with customer. Straightforward process and interview. Candidate should be comfortable talking about their background, work experience and career expectations. Overall, a fair and simple process.
There was one phone interview with the program manager. The manager had reviewed my history and resume carefully and was prepared with very good questions. About 25 % of the time was spent describing the position and answering my questions.
