Eagle Village interview questions

I had an initial phone interview that was brief, and then met two staff members at the office. Prior to speaking with them, I had to fill out a form with some questions about why I want to work there and my experience/skills. It was very casual, more like a conversation. I felt comfortable. I was then asked to come back for another interview with three staff members.
