A bunch of bored workers enter a room, 1on1, stare at their laptops, and don't ask any questions relevant to the job, respond with one word answers. They also need to fix their doorbell, which was dead, and learn how to interview candidates. They aren't prepared to evaluate someone and also sit there in silence instead of keeping the interview going. Their written test is skewed and comes with a visual example which I was negatively evaluated on because I followed it. They also mine consumer data to sell to the IRS and credit card companies, that is pretty much the only way their business model is profitable in the eyes of VC investors which they got 125MM of in Dec. 2018... Any questions regarding their user numbers and privacy policies are met with hilarious, unprofessional fear, deer-in-headlights responses of, "We're not allowed to talk about that!" Huge ethical failure as well as their marketing practice which is attempting to confuse the issue, and makes their entire brand resemble a failing yoga studio while it profits off the userbase which is below the poverty line. Horrible.
