I was told a test was going to take place and then a final interview, I did the test and code challenge and scored around 95% the recruiter after I got the score told me that I was going to receive a new invite for the final interview where I was going to be having another test and code challenge in real time with another engineer, in my experience as over proficient engineer those live code challenge are source of many misinterpretations because you can have either a lower level interviewing you or a higher level with specific mindset which believe if its not done as he thinks its not correct, whatever ends on wasting your time, if this part of the process were clear from day 1 then I wouldn't enter the process as I have had done this interviews for several companies multiple times and I understand its not easy to be fair on those.
