Earny interview questions

Phone screen, then onsite. Meet with owner. Owner spent the entire time talking about himself and kept asking about how I was going to poach from his enemies. Never heard from or had a follow up.

The person interviewing me was rude and kept cutting me off during the initial phone screen. I moved onto the next round which was a case study. One week after submitting the case study, there was no response. I reached back out to follow up and was told "they haven't forgotten about me and will be back in touch soon". Never heard back from them again. It's incredibly rude not to at least follow up with someone who put in the work of a case study, even if the answer is no. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
