      Executive Assistant Interview

      6 May 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Earthjustice

      Interview

The interview process at Earthjustice was unnecessarily long and lacked clarity. Multiple rounds with different interviewers didn’t translate into a better understanding of the role. Feedback during the process was vague and overly positive, yet no concrete explanation was given after rejection. There was also little meaningful transparency around team culture or diversity. Overall, the process felt disorganized and like a significant time investment without clear communication or respect for candidates.
