I had three rounds of interviews. The first was at the recruiter's office in Mira Mesa to make sure I was qualified. We went over my background and certifications. The second interview was at the corporate headquarters in Mission Valley and was designed to make sure I was the right type of person for the position. I met with the person who would ultimately become my boss, and I was also put in a one on one situation with the CFO/COO of the company. The third interview was simply an introduction to the branch I would be working for. I was going to meet with the Vice President as well, but he was not available at the time. According to the manager I met with at my third interview, it was just a mere formality at that point. They had already decided I was the right person for the job.
