I applied online. I interviewed at Eastside College Prep
Interview
I interviewed with the Manager,Peer and Director. I liked very much how fast and responsive the interviewers were with a decision. Having several years of experience as a Career Coach including High School through University Graduate School. The final decision was I was "NOT A FIT". The most disconcerting thing for me was after a couple attempts to get a meaning of ""NOT A FIT". I did not receive a response.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Eastside College Prep in Mar 2011
Interview
This process moved very quickly. I applied on a Monday evening, had an interview with the principal and vice principal that Wednesday, had a second interview with a board member on Friday, and had an offer by the next Friday. Once the leadership knows what they want, they are very focused and decisive! I learned later that they had been screening applicants for many months, which I hadn't expected given how quickly the process moved for me. Now that I have been here 6 months, that culture of careful planning/forethought followed by focused action definitely permeates everything. It's a great place to work!
