The interview process for the QA Engineer position was well-structured and designed to assess both technical and soft skills. The process consisted of 3 rounds.
The technical assessment round consisted of a combination of manual and automation testing challenges. I was presented with a scenario and asked to design test cases, identify potential issues, and demonstrate my understanding of testing principles. This round also included a coding challenge to assess my automation testing skills using Selenium and API testing.
The final round was a managerial round & focused on assessing my communication skills, teamwork experience, and fit with the company culture. I was also asked technical questions to validate my expertise in QA testing.
