tanti colloqui approfonditi con domande tecniche per valutare al meglio la capacità di adattamento, sia online che in presenza con personale delle risorse umane e manager dell’azienda. Si aspetta tanto per una risposta.
I was expecting more professionalism from the hiring manager, however they barely listened to my answers and kept interrupting me.
I knew the job wasn’t going to be a success given the lack of communication and respect towards the interview moment.
I felt like they were doing it just to finish quickly and move on with the next candidate.
