The interview is with a panel - the service director, service manager and records officer (They looked like they didn't even want to be there). They started out with introductions and then the records officer read off of a piece of paper as to what his job duties were and what the Clerk will be doing. The director and manager then talked about the company culture and their jobs in relation to the clerk's. In discussions, they appeared to have a huge bias against anyone coming from the private sector. They said very specifically not to call back and that if you don't hear from us, you don't move forward with the next step in the interview process, which is an interview with the captain and chief of police. They don't spend their time contacting people (who have interviewed) even for a "thank you, but no thank you".
