Eavor Technologies interview questions

I had a similar experience where I met online with a contract recruiter. He did not identify himself as being part of the Human Resources Department. Had I known that, I would have answered his questions differently (I answered with a lot of accounting terminology because I mistakenly assumed that I was speaking to future colleague that has an accounting background). I was told that I would hear back within a week. It has been approximately one month and I have never heard anything.

I had an online interview with Eavor Technologies. However, the HR person that was said to be participating the interview did not show up, Instead, they have a contractor to do the interview alone with me. I've been interviewing with bigger companies, and liked how they conduct an interview in a relaxing conversation. They gathered all the information they need, yet it's easy for you to talk and share what you know. The experience with Eavor Technology is exactly the opposite. The interviewer throw an extra long question at you, and it actually can be break into three individual questions. During the interview process, I feel strongly that the interviewer was not confident about the business, and seem not agreeing with my decision to leave a bigger company to work for Eavor. These minor signs do lead me to question my decision to apply for the job. And no surprise at all, that the company just never get back to me.
