Ecco Outsourcing interview questions

These guys are so unprofessionals and liars. Called for the interview and kept waiting for more than an hour and finally they said there is no interview today and it will be conducted on another day,I believe they have selects their favorite person. The next day they send me an email saying you have not been selected without interviewing me

There are two interviews, the first one is either on the phone or on site, and the second (final) interview is a group interview. The interviews are overall simple and mainly test how fluent you are in the specific language you are applying with.
