Ecentria interview questions

I applied online and got a email stating like to get initial interview setup. Call was about 30 minutes to see my background. My issue is who I interviewed with doesn't understand my technical skills or background for the role. My advice is when vetting you have people who have a good understanding or is the actual hiring manager. More and more I see HR people vetting out so called not qualified candidates showcases the lack of company experience and also your losing good potential new hires. You realize we are also interviewing you to see if you are a good fit for us. Clearly I dodged a bullet in not working for a company that lacks how to interview people and give it a fair judgement. Big waste of our time and yours honestly.
