Pretty straightforward in terms of process. They hire a lot of recent college graduates. There was a phone interview screening and then 1 in-person interview (pre-covid) before they sent an email letting me know I'd been hired. Then there's about 1 month of training where you learn about the industry and internal processes.

It was a very quick and easy job interview process with only two interviews. Simple interview questions about customer service, past experience, and situational questions that go alongside a personality questionare.

The interview process is very straight forward. Phone call screening, the following interview asked industry questions. Offer was made over the phone after the second interview. Very straight forward process

the interview processes was very conversation based on resume and cover letter listed experience. Before the first interview there was an online personally assessment and then discussion about the results within the first round of interviews.
