      Interview

The overall interview experience was well-structured and thoughtfully organized. All interviewers arrived on time and were professional, courteous, and engaging throughout the conversations. They provided a comfortable environment to discuss my experience and gave me ample opportunity to express my thoughts. I particularly appreciated the way they clarified questions when needed and encouraged open dialogue, which made the process feel collaborative rather than intimidating. The recruitment team was also very responsive and kept me informed regarding the next steps in a timely manner, which helped reduce any uncertainty. The only area of concern was the requirement to complete three aptitude tests. While I understand the importance of assessments in the hiring process, the nature and volume of these tests felt somewhat excessive for the role I was being considered for. That said, I recognize they are part of a standard procedure and were mandatory. Overall, it was a positive and respectful experience, with just a minor note on the aptitude testing requirement.
