THe interview process was fairly easy. It was just me and the hiring manager along with one other person. They asked the standard questions and really didn't give much input on the job. Now that I've accepted I realized they weren't exactly truthful during the process.
Easy going, straightforward, screening first, 2 rounds, program director and area manager. It went well, background check and offer ( multi-stage, structured procedure involving initial screening, one-on-one or panel interviews to assess skills and cultural fit, potential technical assessments, and final selection or job offer.
Key Stages:
Screening: Initial call to verify skills.
Interviewing: Meeting with hiring managers/teams to evaluate experience.
Assessment: Testing technical abilities or cultural fit.
Selection: Final evaluation and offer.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a hiring manager interview and an interview with the director level. A number of questions were asked pertaining to your prior experiences and performance-based questions.

The company had a smooth interview process that included two in person interviews. I was able to meet the leadership team, tour the office, and negotiate my salary. Positive Experience.
