I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eckert & Ziegler (Dresden) in May 2023
Interview
The whole process was awesome, they make really nice questions, always make me feel comfortable, could explain good About the position and the work. highly recommend the Eckert und Ziegler in Dresden, amazing people
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eckert & Ziegler (Valencia, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Kinda long, apathetic process. EA was for the CEO, but he didn't seem too invested in process. CFO was a little more energetic. I'd agree with other poster, the one person who I was told would need the least amount of assistance asked the most questions and seemed like the position would report to her.
Facilities could use a face-lift - was also told that there was no where near the CEO for the EA to sit, so would have to sit in a cube in a different building with no windows.
Waste of time that they seemed to not be able to make a decision and kept asking candidates back for interviews and would then bring in new candidates. If I am not the person for you, tell me, don't waste my time over the course of almost 2 months. It seemed like some kind of weird bird in the hand thing where if they couldn't find someone they liked better, they'd offer the job to next best. But again, don't waste people's time.

Question 1
Really basic for the most part; how do you keep organized, how do you deal with multiple priorites, nothing novel. CEO didn't seem to listen to answers and was distracted during interview.
