I applied online, I heard back in a little over a week. I had a quick phone interview, it was pretty basic, nothing tricky. Then I had an interview in person (at the Boulder office). It lasted about an hour, it was a very basic interview. But then I never heard back. I emailed them a couple times, but still never heard back. Unprofessional.

Interview
First round was a phone interview, this was generic as far as the information obtained. This was followed by a 1:1 with the CEO of the company. This was much more in-depth, and dealt mainly with my goals and interpersonal skills. A week went by and then I met with a panel of supervisors and managers and discussed my individual accomplishments and how I would fit into the team.
