My general experience was very positive. Interview had 3 steps - HR, hiring manager and department director. I was asked about my experience in previous companies and some soft and technical questions,

The process consisted of four interviews over a four week period. First with Talent Acquisition Partner, second with future team member presenting a technical task (SQL and general Statistics), third interview with future direct manager and the fourth with CFO of the company. All interviews where very pleasant and I enjoyed meeting and talking with different people. During the hard skill part of the interviews I enjoyed that different approaches were accepted and I felt that my opinion is valued even if it is different to the interviewers.
