About 24 hours before the interview, I received an automated cancellation email with no explanation. There was no follow-up, no apology, and no option to reschedule. The process simply ended there. Canceling an interview at the last minute without any communication shows a clear lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. It also raises concerns about how the company manages its hiring process internally. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience that reflects poorly on the organization.
