I was applying first for summer internship in 2012 and for full time in 2013. Process consisted of 2 rounds. I did 1st rounds only in each of them. First round had 2 interviews with financial management employees on campus. Second round usually takes place the the company's HQ in St Paul. Both interviews consist of fit and technical parts. No cases or exercises. Interviews were individual - one on one.
