Edaptive Computing interview questions

The interview process is fairly straightforward. It begins with two technical rounds: one focused on verbal Java programming questions and the other on an extremely simple live coding session. If you have a solid grasp of programming fundamentals, these should be a piece of cake. After passing the technical rounds, you'll have an interview with the CEO. In my experience, her approach was somewhat dismissive. She tried to downplay my experience and skills, likely to justify a lower-than-average salary offer. The primary advantage of this role is that it’s mostly remote.

The interview was based on a generic script, outdated script that felt more like being quizzed in high-school than interviewing for a development job. There was little to no room to showcase your actual engineering skills and there was absolutely no insight into the actual job. Virtually every question asked was reciting vocabulary.
