Applied on-line to company web site. I received call couple days later. Basic interview questions were asked and it was very easy going. Basically questions related to past sales experience. Discussed job duties and toured the store.

Standard interview first with the store manager. Regular situation, task, action, results questions. Manager was brief and jovial during the interview. Followed up with a phone interview with the district manager a week later. This call was just to check in with her to make sure I was a good fit for the team. Received a call three days later from the manager with a job offer. It was on this call I was told the hourly rate for an assistant manager maximum is $17.50. I respectfully declined. The interview process was timely and I appreciate that. Both of the managers I spoke with were warm and friendly.
