      Management Interview

      2 Sept 2013
      Anonymous employee
      San Antonio, TX
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Eddy Packing (San Antonio, TX) in Mar 2012

      Interview

Somewhat disorganized and amateurish interview process and participants. Of the six individuals involved, only two demonstrated real experience or expertise in talent acquisition. The rest were either pre-occupied (one was on her I-Phone or computer throughout the interview, with a large vase of flowers between us), smugly arrogant or simply clueless about what questions to ask, or even how to conduct an interview.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Unexpected (and the best question I got): Do you prefer to ask permission prior to, or apologize afterward? (In the context of making decisions/taking action)
