Edge Logistics interview questions

I reached out to a recruiter via LinkedIn after submitting my application. After a phone screen and a 1 hour assessment I was scheduled for a second round with the CSO the following week. A few C Level members of Edge sent connection requests via LinkedIn. One hour before my interview with the CSO I was informed by the recruiter that they would only be looking to move forward with candidates who have logistics specific sales experience. I have several years B2B sales experience with a record of outperforming quota. We were an hour out from the interview. Seems like they should have just done me the courtesy of speaking to me at that point.

Edge has an extremely holistic and people-forward interview process. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, transparent, and genuinely interested in what I wanted to accomplish in my career.
