I had a fairly interesting interview with one of the co-founders. I got the feeling that EdgeTier had a very specific set of criteria for hiring, and I left the interview thinking I probably didn’t meet the brief.
Not the end of the world! The interviewer did say I would hear one way or the other soon enough… and then: radio silence.
That’s right — they ghosted me. The interviewer did, however, look at my LinkedIn a few weeks later. Not sure why.
Just a warning to potential candidates that you might be wasting your time when applying.
EdgeTier, please don’t ghost candidates. It’s disheartening and frankly rude.
