The entire interview process includes 3-steps: a 45-minute call with HR, a 45-minute call with the Director or team manager, and then a call with a panel. I applied online and received an invite for the 1st step within 2 weeks. The HR interviewer was extremely friendly and the interview felt more like a conversation.
The 2nd interview was where the director asked a bit more about my resume and a few technical questions.
I received an automated rejection email shortly after my 2nd round. Ha.
