      Customer Service Interview

      19 Feb 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Edit Suits

      Interview

I had an initial video call with the Team Leader of the department. She asked me several questions, the interview was supposed to be 30 minutes but it ended up being an hour. She asked me a lot of similar questions (CS situational based questions) that you are expected to answer using the STAR method. Felt like I had to answer the same question in a different way a lot of the time. Got through to the 2nd stage - having to answer emails that you would get on the job (within 20 minutes). After this I never heard back from the company. No courtesy email to reject me... I even emailed them for an update - no response. Bit disappointing that a professional business didn't even have the decency to send one email.
