Edmonton Police Service interview questions

Mostly behavioral questions with some technical questions as well. The interview process lasted for around 2 hours. The interviewers were friendly and asked a lot about my previous work experience as well as my overall situational awareness; giving certain situations and asking for clarification on how I would solve situational problems.

The interview process took a total of about 4 months from the time of applying online, having a virtual interview, processing an Enhanced Security Clearance, and reference checks. The actual interview involved two employees, and they asked mostly behavioural and situational questions. There was a small portion in the middle of the interview where they tested my technical competency in C# and SQL. Note: they required a current supervisor as a reference, so be prepared to inform your current supervisor about being a reference.
