There was a Group interview and they asked two or three questions each and it was very casual. It was pretty easy and very laid back. We just answered questions relating to classroom management and environment and how to encourage and relate with a student. I shared my opinions and then was offered a position and started the position.
First I submitted my resume and then a phone interview was set up. The interview questions were fairly easy and the phone interview was fairly relaxed. After the interview and background check, I was offered a position. The longest part of the process was waiting for the company to mail me the paperwork I needed to fill out.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Educate Online in Jan 2015
Interview
A group interview was held via Skype by two interviewers. One interview gave a short presentation on the company and position. Then questions were asked pertaining to the position and people took turns answering the question. About 3 to 4 questions were asked. We then split ourselves up into teams and worked together to create a name, selling price and what the purpose was for an item which was fun.
