Very laid back and will ask you questions like any other job, what they look for is being truthful over the intentions to asset students. The interview will be conducted with people that have positions in the organization.

The interview process was not too bad. They asked general questions. You could tell they really looked for experience in multitasking and customer service. They didn't really give too much insight on all of the responsibilities.
