The panel was the driest panel I have ever witnessed with minute pauses between questions. You can clearly tell their main focus was on the UI solution and should revaluate the purpose of a whiteboard challenge. I would have declined the offer if presented, but luckily they relisted the position at a higher level for the same pay instead.
