Educational Credential Evaluators interview questions

1st round interview went well and the two members I met with were very nice. After the 1st round, I had to complete a skills assessment, which took a lot of time and effort. After no communication for weeks, I followed up twice via email. Then received an automated email from HR stating I wasn't selected. Such an unprofessional and uncommunicative company inconsiderate of others' time.
