Waiting time for interview invitation email from application was relatively fast compared to others. The interview process was formal. 3 interviewers during the interview. I was asked to perform 2 contrasting pieces. I was asked on my previous teaching experiences and how do i handle difficult customers.

Interview
They ask you why it is them and why Singapore. Will have to play a bit pieces, and they will look through your qualifications. It is actually pretty light-hearted, no tough questions. The boss and Hr are pretty straightforward, with the salary and job criteria.
