I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Edwards Lifesciences
Interview
Had initial phone interview with HR. Then set up phone interview with hiring manager. A few days later, I was called to schedule on-site interview. Because hiring managers were traveling, on-site interview did not occur until a few weeks later. Interview process was very smooth and organized.

Question 1
How was it like going to school at X, even though it is a crappy school? (I later found out interviewer attended rival school)
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Edwards Lifesciences (Draper, UT) in Aug 2023
Interview
3 rounds, first an HR screening which was simple, just asking about my prior work experience and going through my resume, as well as some questions about what I'm looking for in a position. Second round with hiring manager, all behavioral questions and getting a better understanding of the position. Third round was 5 individual interviews onsite, more technical but really felt like they value your being a good fit with the team more than anything else.
