Dexterity test using a board with pins, you had to build whatever was in front of you within 30 seconds. Also using one hand at a time how quick you could put pins in holes

Did a practical assessment putting washers on bolts to test dexterity, interview would have been the next step, but unfortunately didn't get called back. Seemed a nice place to work though.
They’re interview process is quite lax and friendly they seemed genuinely interested in your personal projects (in depth questions on projects you mention) abilities not much emphasis on your grades or academic performance
