I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Eightpoint (Fort Myers, FL) in Jul 2019

Contacted on LinkedIn by the recruiting team lead. She seemed to not have any clue how to recruit tech talent because she didn't know my company works with hers or how to respond to messages. Unprofessional was my thought, so the codebase is likely a mess. She then ghosted me. If your main selling point is drinking on the job. Your company will fail.
