Eikon Therapeutics interview questions

HR communicated well and quickly. Had my phone interviews and face to face interviews set up quickly. The research team that I met with were organized and had well thought out questions and insights into the company and group.

Pretty typical SWE process: some coding questions and some behavioral/experience ones. The stages consisted of a recruiter phone screen, hiring manager interview, and onsite (around 5 interviews back to back).
