Interview
The owner, Suzanne Eismann, was the Associate Creative Director at Qualex, who hired me and headed my creative group there. She is a great creative director, and I was happy to be offered freelance opportunities to work with her. I am not an employee at E&A, but there are times when a sort of interview process is needed to orient to an unusual project or new client. We are able to be clear about scope and expectations after so many years of working together.
