Interview
At the time I was sent to Eklund's I was working for a Staffing Agency. I started as a temporary to permanent employee. There was no real interview. I met with the Production Manager who would by my supervisor. He showed me around the shop floor while describing what was going on. He then took me to my work area and explained what was expected.
