After two rounds if interview they will take time and will reject you even if you have answered all the questions. Later on after a month they will again get in touch and then will say we will reconsider you and again take your Hr round and later no feedbacks . Dont even waste your time in interviewing with such a company that doesnt have a good decision making capabilities.
