I have worked previously in the hospitality industry in the events department assisting the event manager by setting up the facilities and making sure all the necessary information and documentation are in order. I will assist and do my best to be of great service when it comes to helping guests and customers with anything that may be needed. I also have 5+ years of working in retail and understand the types of queries and issues that some customers have and how to deal with this as such in a professional manner.
