Elecosoft Various Roles interview questions

Was reached by 3 separate employees regarding open positions/upcomimg (1 by text message, 1 by email, 1 by linkedin). All 3 ghosted after their initial messages and my reply regarding arrangements for a conversation (which i was invited to). Really odd. Very unprofessional. Bullet dodged judging by employee reviews.
