What was the most challenging situation you faced and how did you overcome it?
I didn't quite make it to an interview as I was eventually told that the company had promoted an internal candidate. However, the HR contractor's unprofessionalism was noteworthy! Communication was poor throughout the process. Once we finally scheduled a call, she didn't keep the appointment. She not only missed the call, but didn't bother to follow up afterward to explain why or to reschedule. We rescheduled only after I reached out to her.
