In my experience, having a conversation is key to getting the job you are applying for. My interview was just a long conversation about life! There wasn’t any of the ‘where do you see yourself in five or ten years’ or, ‘what was the most difficult situation you’ve been in.’ It was rather ‘isn’t the weather so perfect?’ It turned into a conversation between friends.
